A brilliant second half performance and a hatrick from Danny Clark enabled MUFC 1st team to beat The 61Club(Luton) 3 -1 and lift the Spartan South Midlands Division 2 League Cup.
Mursley FC’s U18s fought back from 2 goals down to win 3-2 and progress to the League Cup Final to be held on Sunday 30th April at the MK Dons stadium (KO TBA).
This is a tremendous achievement for a team in its 1st year at Mursley FC and adds to the recent County Cup success of our U18 Development squad. This could mean both our U18 sides bringing home silverware in the same season.
Well done to Lee and his talented boys.
Please note that the MSA AGM has now had to be moved to Thursday 27th April 2017. Still to be held at the Pavilion at 7pm.

Did you know there’s a Defibrillator at Mursley Village Hall?
Ian Jones, who is Paramedic and NHS Community Defibrillation Officer, will be giving a 90 minute demonstration in Mursley Village Hall on 16 November at 7.30pm.
While CPR alone (chest compressions and rescue breaths) saves around 9% of people who suffer from a sudden cardiac arrest, CPR and using an automated external defibrillator (AED) increases the chance of survival five-fold to 50%.
These computerised machines, which give an electric shock to the heart to return it to normal rhythm, are a crucial life-saving tool after sudden cardiac arrest.
If you would like to attend this informal training event, please email email@example.com or leave a message on 01296 720979
We had another roaring success at the MSA’s Race Night held on Saturday 24th September.
With an entirely Mursley-related theme to all the races and the horses, an excellent fish & chip supper, ably supported by the Green Man running the bar, who could ask for more!
Our thanks to our Race sponsors:
Watford Timber, Potash Nursery, Ginger Interiors, Triumph Hughenden M40, S & S Hauliers, Simon & Sue Clarke, Neil & Maggie Coles and Cackle Street Entertainment.
Proceeds will go towards both the upkeep of our premises and the Playground Project Committee.
Thanks to all who supported us. See you next year?
